Michelle's place is clean, comfortable, bright and light! I had a wonderful stay and wished I could have extended my stay. Michelle is the friendliest host, she's always available and gives you lots of help. Thank you for having me!
Everything was exactly as described. Hostess was extremely communicative and helpful. Apartment had everything I needed and location was superb - access to everything in Evanston and the north shore area. Will definitely be back.
The apartment was very clean and well stocked! The check-in and check out procedures were clear and there was frequent communication with any concerns or questions.
Thanks to Mihyun and her team, my stay in Evanston was very pleasant, hassle-free and comfortable. For anything I needed, she was just a message away, ever ready and forthcoming with her helping hand.
The property too is very neat and clean and centrally located. I found it to be better than what I thought it would be like. That it was very well stacked with all that one needs was icing on the cake, making the stay memorable.
Next time I go to Evanston, this is going to be my foremost option for a home away from my home.

Super convenient location, nice building, easy parking right in the building, walking distance to Northwestern and lots of great restaurants. Michelle is a wonderful host - easy to reach, very communicative, and flexible. Highly recommend.
Excellent choice, very clean, well equipped, great location, and Michelle is very attentive and a great host. Only comment is that my T-mobile signal was too weak and did not really worked, but this is not at the control of the host.
We really liked the apartment. Great location, appreciated second floor direct street access. It was a very well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed use of the game room pool table. Recommend bringing earplugs for Saturday morning trash collection. Having Alexa was great for music and weather updates. The host was very very responsive and provided clear guidance for check-in and departure.

Mihyun is definitely one of the 3 top airbnb hosts I have ever stayed with. I am also a host and rarely give 5-star reviews but this is the exception. The apartment was very clean and welcoming upon arrival. Self-check-in and parking was easy, the internet was great, the complex was quiet and Mihyun checked in with us to ensure all was well the following day. There are a number of nice restaurants within walking distance and the area college vibe was fun (even tho we are old). We did not take advantage of the complex amenities (work out, pool, etc) so cannot comment. We also did not turn on the electric fireplace under the TV but wished we would have - it was a bit chilly and it would have been nice. We were simply too lazy to find the switch. I did find the foam mattress to be too firm but was still able to sleep well - that could have been the delicious margaritas from Tapas Barcelona! We usually love a cocktail on the balcony but this is a 2nd floor one that overlooks alleys, garbage bins, and building backsides. No problem - just headed over to Tapas Barcelona a bit earlier! I will look for Mihyun's properties next time we are in the area since she has several!
